Matthew W. Rolf, 2007. 40 Million Seconds to Freestyle. Pittsburgh Perl Conference.

Matt Rolf joined Denison in May 2006 as Web Technology Analyst.  Matt earned his BA in three years from Ohio Northern University (ONU) in 1999, and his J.D. from ONU in 2002.  Matt passed the bar exam on his first try and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November 2002.  From 2002-2004, Matt worked primarily in nonprofit, first as a Training and Communication Coordinator for the Ohio CASA/GAL Association, and then as a Program and Membership Manager for the League of Women Voters of Ohio.  In 2005, after years of building web pages on the side and some soul seaching, Matt decided to pursue a career in technology.  Prior to working at Denison, Matt served as Network Assistant for the Bexley City Schools, as Tier III Support Technician for Time Warner Cable, and as a freelance web developer and writer.

At Denison Matt has acted as point person for implementing the Freestyle content management system.  He also maintains the myDenison portal.  He is the primary trainer in Web Services and serves as liason to community of page maintainers.
