Electronic Classrooms
Electronic classrooms are configured in three ways: computer labs, eClassrooms, and standard classrooms.
Computer Labs
Computer labs generally belong to a particular department. To reserve one of these rooms, call the department. Exceptions to this rule are:
- Fellows 101 - call the Computing Services Help Desk, x6395
- Mulberry - call Registrar's office, x6296
- Knapp 105 - call Registrar's office, x6296
- Library's electronic classroom - call Debby Andreadis, x5653
- Higley 028 - call Registrar's office, x6296
This type of electronic classroom usually contains multiple computers, arranged around the perimeter of the room or facing toward the front, a podium, networked computer, projector, screen and VCR.
Special-use computer labs and operator-assisted facilities also fall into this category.

eClassrooms
eClassrooms are generally reserved for a whole semester through the Registrar's office. However, classrooms are sometimes available for shorter periods.
- If you need to reserve a room during the school year for a shorter period of time, call the Registrar's office to determine if the room you want is available. If a department is listed next to the classroom name, you would be wise to call them too.
- If you need the room after 4:30 PM, call Melissa Loomis in Public Affairs, x6709.
- If you need the room during the summer, call Vickie Sussman in Conference Services, x6461.
eClassrooms consist of one instructor's podium in a basic configuration: networked computer, projector, screen, and DVD/VCR in a semi-mobile podium.
Standard software in the eClassrooms includes the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Adobe Acrobat Reader, Windows Media Player, Real One, Netscape Browser, Internet Explorer, and Quicktime.

Standard Classrooms
Standard classrooms are all equipped with an overhead projector. VCRs and television monitors are often available; many departments have mobile units that can be wheeled in.
