Printing to Lab Printers from Student Computers

For enhanced printing convenience, Denison students can print to printers in the following locations from their personal computers.

IMPORTANT! Print jobs sent from your personal computer are charged to your printing allowance or Denison dollars just like print jobs sent from lab computers. For information on your print allowance and other frequently asked questions, please see Lab Printing - Instructions and FAQs.

To install a printer on your personal computer, please click the link for the printer above. (For Mac computers, see the note below*.)

If this is the first time you have installed a Denison lab printer, you will be prompted to install the iPrint client.  After it installs, you will need to return to this page and click the link for the printer again in order to install the printer.

Mac Computers:

please use Mozilla Firefox to install the iPrint client and printers. After you install the printer(s), you will need to manually configure the printer(s) to print double-sided/duplex (see video [mov]).

If you have already sent your print job to a lab printer, you must release your print job. Go to Print Release Page.
