ITS Standard Software Configurations
The Information Technology Services Department at Denison University is committed to providing the best possible computing environment for all faculty, staff and students in our community. Our Support Services Group takes pride in providing a professional, responsible and courteous help deskas a first point of contact for software and computing issues.
The following standard software configurations will be provided on all Denison issued computers:

Installing Non-Standard Software
If you require additional software essential to your work, ITS will assist you in installation and provide limited support. ITS reserves the right to remove any non-standard application, if a compatibility conflicts arises. Questions regarding specific applications should be directed to the Help Desk @ x6395.
When installing non-standard software please remember to; store your data on the network, retain the original media and license, keep application updated with required patches.
