Help us Reduce Printing

We ask everyone to reduce, reuse, and recycle.

Reduce

• Know what you are printing and where you are printing to. Some labs may print to more than one printer.
• Only print what you have to. Select text from an article and print just what you need instead of the entire thing. When possible, edit at the computer instead of printing a draft. Note the URL of a webpage instead of printing a copy of it.
• Ask for help if you print by mistake or find a problem with a printer. We can cancel the print job or correct problems to allow for more efficient printing.

Reuse

• Our printers default to duplex printing - in other words, both sides of the page are used.

Recycle

• Recycling bins are located near each printer. Please use them to discard unwanted paper. Do not leave your prints on the printers for others to sort through!
