Location and Hours of Operation
The Help Desk Technicians, Lynnette Byrd and Jeremy Blake, along with our Student Help Desk Assistants, are ready to assist you with any questions or problems you may have regarding technology use at Denison University. If they don't have the answer you need they know the people who do.
Visit us in person at The Help Desk located on the 1st floor of Fellows Hall, immediately to the right of the lobby or in the Learning Commons in the Library during business hours. Call us at 740-587-6395 and speak to a technician or leave us a message. We will return your call as quickly as possible. If you call after business hours please leave us a message and we will contact you the next business day. You may also email us at helpdesk@denison.edu.

- Monday in Fellows: 8 AM to 6 PM
- Tuesday in Fellows: 8 AM to 6 PM
- Wednesday in Fellows: 8 AM to 6 PM
- Thursday in Fellows: 8 AM to 6 PM
- Friday in Fellows: 8 AM to 4 PM
Library Learning Commons Hours
- Sunday in the Library: 5 PM to 10 PM
- Monday in Library: 7 PM to 10 PM
- Tuesday in Library 7 PM to 10 PM
- Wednesday in Library: 7 PM to 10 PM
- Thursday in Library: 7 PM to 10 PM
