Figure A: File download - Security warning
In newer versions of Windows XP, you may see a security warning. Ignore by clicking Run to continue with the installation process.

Figure B: Security Warning - Installation
You should now see the Denison VPN Client Setup window.
Some personal firewall products are not compatible with the Cisco Security Agent that the Denison VPN service uses. To avoid problems, indicate in the drop-down menu if you have a personal firewall (e.g. Zone Alarm, BlackIce Defender, eTrust EZ Armor, McAfee Personal Firewall, Norton Personal Firewall). The personal firewall built into Windows XP and 2000 is fully compatible, and therefore you may select the "I do not have a personal firewall" option to gain added security benefits. External firewalls cause no problems.

Figure C: 3rd party firewall selection - Installation in progress
The program will now install the appropriate software on your computer. Several windows will appear and disappear while the setup program installs the VPN client and CSA software. Depending on your computer, the install may take some time to complete. In some cases, the CSA software will need to disable virus scanning software in order to complete the installation. In these cases, you will see a dialog box; click OK to continue.

Figure D: Security warnings - Installation complete
Your installation is now complete. A dialog box will appear asking you if you want to restart your computer. You must restart your computer before using the VPN software. Click Yes to restart your computer now, or No if you want to restart the computer later.
