Install iPrint Drivers

The Novell printer drivers have been upgraded. Follow these instructions to install the new drivers on your computer.

1. Reboot your computer.
2. Log in with your original Novell password.
3. At the second Novell login window type your new password.
4. At the third Novell login window type in your new password again. Check the Save Password box and click OK.
5. A window will appear indicating the status of the installation of the iPrint drivers. Allow the window to remain open until the installation is complete.
6. Go to Start >> Settings >> Printers and Faxes.
7. Check if there is a new printer installed. The printer name will look different, e.g. CSSupportServ_HP4300_Printer on ipp:/140.141.2.99. If the new printer does not appear in this window, reboot your computer again and repeat steps 2 through 6.
   
8. If the printer is listed, print a test page to make sure your printer is functioning properly.

If the printer is not listed after the second reboot, or if you are experiencing other difficulties with this procedure, contact the Help Desk at x6395.
