Why should I use this service?

This new convenience for students should make life easier and save time by eliminating unnecessary ‘logging into’ Denison lab computers to print a document.

What is this Print Allowance - account balance?

Each time you release a print job, you will see an account balance at the top of the screen.

The personal printing service is made possible by a network print audit system that will help reduce printed paper waste. As part of this system, each Denison student will be allocated 1200 duplex print pages (900 simplex print pages) each academic year for network printing. Please visit the Lab Printing page for more information about the new system and these allowances.

Where can I get help?

As with any of our services, please contact our Help Desk or Student Network Consultants for assistance.

Limitations and Restrictions

  • All students will have an allowance equal to 1200 pages each academic year.
  • Currently only Fellows 100, Library Reference, Huffman and Curtis printers are available for personal printing.
