Uploading Image to Freestyle
Select a story to which you wish to add an image and click Edit.

Once on a story page scroll down to bottom of the Content section.
Select Image from the drop-down box and click Add Element.

When on the image page, scroll down to the related media section
Select Photograph from the drop-down box and click Browse to find images on your computer
After you find desired image, click create.

You will then be taken to a new media page, where you can change the image title as well as choose the appropriate source and category.
Click Save. The image has now been uploaded to Freestyle.

You will find yourself back on the image page. In the image section you will be able to change the alignment of the image and its size, as well as add alternate text, captions, or a border.

When you have finalized properties of the image, apply changes.
You can then either continue adding other desired content to the story or save the story to your workflow.Image as Stand-Alone and in Enhanced Paragraph/Changing Image Properties
Select a story to which you would like to add an image.
You can either have a stand-alone image or put an image inside an enhanced paragraph.
If you wish to add a stand-alone image, select Image from a drop-down box at the bottom of the Content section and click Add Element. That takes you to the image element (see previous walkthrough for details).
If you wish to have text wrap around an image, select Enhanced Paragraph from a drop-down box at the bottom of the Content section and click Add Element. That takes you to the enhanced paragraph element.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page to Related Media.
Relating files from your computer. Select desired file type from the drop-down box. Browse for media. After uploading click on Create. See Uploading image to Freestyle walkthrough for more details.

Relating files from Denison website. Click Edit in the upper right hand corner of Related Media section.
Find desired image. Click Relate.

If you wish to replace an image with a different image, simply click on Edit again, find the image you have related, and click Unrelate.

To change properties of the image, click on the drop-down box in the Enhanced paragraph section and select from options available.

Relating Word and PDF files
Choose a story to which you wish to relate a media file.
Word and PDF files can only be related in the enhanced paragraph.

There are two ways to upload these media files:
1. Link - Internal Media (see Creating Links walkthrough for more details).
2. Media workflow (see two previous walkthroughs for more details and illustrations).
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to Related Media.

Relating files from your computer. Select desired file type from the drop-down box. Browse for media. After uploading click on Create. (see Uploading image to Freestyle walkthrough for more details).

Relating files from Denison website. Click Edit in the upper right hand corner. Find desired media file. Click Relate.

If you wish to replace a file with a different file, simply click on Edit again, find the file you previously have related, and click Unrelate.
Relating a Slideshow
Create a new story with Slideshow Image Set as story type.

To add a Slideshow image scroll down to Content section and click Add Element.

Relate all the images for your slideshow.


Save the story and preview it. When previewing, only raw text code will be visible, which is to be expected (see image below).

Create or check out a story to which you wish to add a slideshow.
Add an enhanced paragraph or click Edit on one of existing enhanced paragraphs.

Scroll down to Related Story section and click Edit.

Find and relate your slideshow.
To set properties for your slideshow, select Slideshow Properties from the drop-down box in Enhanced Element section and click Add Element.

You are able to change slideshow shape, size, background, transition time, and transition type.

Save the story and preview it.
Relating Rotating Image Set
Create a new story with Rotating Image Set as story type.

Relate all the images for your image set.

Save the story and preview it. When you preview, you should only expect to see raw text.

Check out the story to which you wish to add an image set.

Add an image element or an enhanced paragraph element, or click Edit on one of existing enhanced paragraphs.

Scroll down to Related Story section and click Edit.

Find and relate your image set.

Save the story and preview it.
To add a rotating image set as a standalone:
Select Image from the drop-down section in the Content area.

When on the image profile, scroll down to Related Story section and click Edit.

Find and relate your image set.
Save the story and preview it.
Relating Quicktime, Flash, mp3
Create or choose a story to which you wish to add media file.
Scroll down to Content section and choose Flash, Quicktime or MP3 Media from the drop-down box. Then click Add Element.

Scroll down to Related Media section and click Edit. Find desired file and relate it.

You may change the position of the media file on the screen (right, left, center) and/or add a caption.

Save and preview story.
