Use Spamity
Spamity is the software used to check messages that have been:
- Rejected because they appear on one of the Realtime Blackhole Lists (RBLs).
- Rejected by MAPs.
- Quarantined by the anti-virus software.
- Quarantined by the anti-spam software.
The antispam process page describes the rejection/quarantine process. Only messages quarantined by the anti-spam software (item 4) can be retrieved, or reinjected, by the user.
- Log In
Log into Spamity, using your email username and password.

Spamity shows a graph of all your email that the system has either rejected or moved to the quarantine area. You can choose a time period to view rejected or quarantined, or narrow the search further by filtering on specific types. When finished choosing options, click Search.

The right column (area 1 in figure 3) shows all the user's mail that was either rejected or quarantined by the email system. It lists certain data about each message; including the time sent, the sender, the filter type used to analyze the message, and the specific filter method.
The data can be used, on the rare chance of a "false positive", to help the sender send future messages that will not appear to be spam.

To have quarantined mail sent to your inbox:
- Click the envelope icon next to the messages you want to reinject.
The envelope icon shows the source code of the message. - Scroll down and click reinject.
- Click the envelope icon next to the messages you want to reinject.
