Vendor Regulations and Requirements
Availability of Network Services and Accounts
- Contractors and vendors are given the computer equipment and accounts that are deemed necessary by their supervisors or sponsors.
- The supervisor or sponsor should download and complete the Application for Network Services form [pdf], indicating the duration of the need. The form can also be obtained from the Help Desk in Fellows Hall.
- Account creation may take up to three business days to complete.
- The contractor or vendor must sign the completed application form before he or she is permitted to use the new account.
Availability and Restrictions on Lab Use
Contractors and vendors with Novell accounts can access the Denison web site remotely or use the public labs on the Denison campus.
Renewal Requirements
Accounts will expire at the agreed-upon time or after 180 days of non-use. If an account needs to be re-established after it expires, the supervisor or sponsor must reapply for an account.
