Conference Services

Denison University is a quiet, residential college offering a pleasant educational environment free from outside distractions to conference groups of 60 or more participants. A link to our Campus Tour and to the History of Denison is provided for your convenience. We offer a "One-Stop Shop" for all of your conference and event planning. One contact, one invoice, one stop does it all.

Housing is provided in well-maintained, comfortable university residence halls. The University housekeeping staff provide daily service to all public areas of the residence halls. The daily summer board includes three meals with a choice of entree and unlimited seconds in our air-conditioned dining halls. Our outstanding catering staff stands ready to provide refreshment breaks, receptions, banquets, picnics, pizza parties, etc.

Denison University offers a wide number of athletic and academic facilities. Academic facilities include state of the art science laboratories and computers with 24 hour Internet access to the World Wide Web and E-mail. Classrooms are available for conference use, and will correspond to each conference's specific requests.

Denison hosts a wide variety of visitors throughout the summer - everything from educational, sports, marching bands and church camps to free concerts on the green. Click below to view scheduled events, their dates and contact information.

The Physical Education Center houses two gymnasiums, a walking track, a meeting room, locker rooms, the Mike Gregory Swimming pool, three racquetball courts, and two conversion courts for squash, racquetball and wallyball. Mitchell Recreation Center, connected to the Physical Education Center, also contains classrooms and locker rooms as well as two squash courts, indoor tennis courts, track area, and a mirrored multipurpose room with hardwood floor. Numerous athletic fields, outdoor lighted tennis courts, two sand volleyball courts and open green space complete our athletic complex.
