**Note: All rates are based on multiple occupancy. When multiple occupancy rooms are assigned as singles, a 50% premium is added.

**Swasey Chapel, all classrooms and auditoriums are air-conditioned.  A trained operator is required to monitor the Swasey Chapel sound system and an hourly charge is added to the Chapel use fee. A full compliment of audio/visual equipment is available at a nominal rental fee.
