To get the full picture of an agency or gift account you must include revenue.  Click the include revenue box ON.

Select query options

The year-to-date total is the sum of YTD expense - YTD revenue.  A positive number is an expense.

Add prior year fund balance forward - YTD expense - commitments to get currently available funds.

In the example below, currently available funds = $4,510 - $3,650 -0 = $860.
