Budgeted Accounts

Do not include revenue when querying a budgeted account.

Currently available funds = budget - year-to-date expenses - commitments. 

Each account line has its own balance.  In the example below, the currently available balance for maintenance supplies and services = $643.78 - $117.16 = $526.62.  If you need additional funds in one line you can request a budget transfer from another line.

If your account has student wages, the budget will appear in one line, while the actuals will appear in several other lines.  All of these lines should be looked at in total.
