Grant Accounts, Project Accounts, & PD Accounts

Do not include revenue when querying on grant accounts, project accounts, or PD accounts.

It is possible to view your grant account data from its inception-to-date. To do so, you must enter the index number on the first query options screen, click submit query, and then enter the fund account number in the grant account number field.  For a single-year query skip this step.

For grant and PD accounts, the adjusted budget - year-to-date expenses - commitments = currently available balance.

In the example below, the currently available balance = $5,000 - $2,094.06 = $2905.94.
