Preventing Fraud
Protect the
card against unauthorized use, theft and/or loss. The card must be kept in a secure
location. The only person authorized to
use the purchasing card is the cardholder whose name appears on the face of the
card. Under no circumstances may a
cardholder allow another individual to use his or her purchasing card for their
own or departmental purchases. The
cardholder is responsible for protecting the card and is accountable for all
purchases made using the card.
Immediately
notify J.P.Morgan Chase Bank, your supervisor, and the Purchasing Card
Administrator if the card is lost, stolen, or damaged.
