Student Accounts is located on the first floor of the Doane Administration building. Open 8:30am — 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Closed 12:00pm — 1:00pm, Thursdays, during the academic year, and 12:00pm — 1:00pm, Monday through Friday, during all academic breaks.

Statements: NOTE CHANGE IN FALL 2013 BILLING DATES: Fall 2013 Semester Statements will be produced on July 8 (vs. July 1). The due date will be July 29 (vs July 22). This extra week will help assure that the government has time implement changes required by the "sequester" (Budget Control Act of 2011) and to process the direct student loans so that we may show them on the Fall 2013 Statement. Spring 2014 Semester Statements are scheduled to be produced on December 2. The due date will be December 23.

Statement Notifications are sent to all students at their Denison email address, as well as to all email addresses that have direct access to the student’s Statement.

Students can add parent and other email addresses to have direct access to their Statement and to receive the Statement Notification. See how to grant access to a parent/other guest.

We will temporarily continue to send Statement Notifications to active Billing Email Addresses to allow students time to grant direct access to their statements.

The actual Statement is NOT sent electronically. Students will instead have immediate, secure access to their electronic Statement simply by logging into their DU Self-Service account. For more information, see the Electronic Statements FAQ.

Important Dates, 2013-14

April 2 -- Information regarding 2013-2014 charges and payment options will be sent to students electronically
April 29 -- Classes end
April 30-May 7 -- Final exams and study days
May 8 -- Residence halls close for undergraduates, 5 p.m.
May 11 -- Baccalaureate service, 1:30 and 4:00 p.m.
May 12 -- Commencement, 12:30 p.m.; residence halls close for graduates 7:00 p.m.
June 1 -- Fall 2013 withdrawal deadline (for continuing students)
July 8-- Fall 2013 Semester e-Bills available for viewing
July 29 -- Fall 2013 Semester e-Bills due
December 2 -- Spring 2014 Semester e-Bills available for viewing
December 23 -- Spring 2014 Semester e-Bills due
