Student Accounts is located on the first floor of the Doane Administration building. Open 8:30 to 4:30, Monday through Friday. Closed 12:00 to 1:00 Thursdays only during the academic year. Closed 12:00 to 1:00, Monday through Friday, during the summer.

The Cashiers Office has changed its name to Student Accounts.

Denison University Offices will be closed as follows:

Thanksgiving:  Thursday, November 26 and Friday, November 27

Christmas:  Thursday, December 24 and Friday, December 25

New Year's:  Friday, January 1

Spring Semester bills will be mailed November 2, 2009 and will be due November 23, 2009. 

Spring Semester classes begin Monday, January 18, 2010.

Students will not be able to complete final class registration for the semester until account balances are satisfied.

The Deadline for continuing students to withdraw from Denison for the Spring 2010 Semester is November 1, 2009.  The enrollment deposit is forfeited if a continuing student withdraws after November 1.  Withdrawal from the University at any time is official only upon written notice to the Vice President for Student Affairs.  In the event of an official withdrawal after the first day of classes, a student may receive a partial refund.  See our FAQ's page for more information.
