Confidentiality

All services at the Health Center are confidential. No information can be provided to anyone without the written consent of the patient.

Location

The Health Center is located in Whisler Memorial Hall on the East Quad just south of Huffman Hall.

Hours

The center is open for routine walk-in care 8:30 AM-10:00 PM. 7 days a week. Registered nurses are on duty around the clock for urgent and emergency assessments.

The center is closed when classes are not in session.

Physicians and a nurse practitioner see patients by appointment during office hours. Dial extension 6200 to schedule appointments.

Emergency Care

The physician is on call for consultation with the nurse after regular hours.

For illness or injury beyond the scope of the Health Center's facilities, students are transported to Licking Memorial Hospital in Newark, Ohio (about six miles) by the Granville Emergency Squad. The squad can be reached by dialing 911.
