Appointments

• Call extension 6200 between 8:309AM and 10:00PM 7 days a week when classes are in session

Excuses/Confirmation of Visit

When a medical practitioner determines that a student should not attend class nor participate in an activity, he/she will contact the professor or coach with this information. The student must sign a release of medical information before any contact is made. 

If a student misses class he/she should follow these steps.

1. Call your professor
   As young adults, it is each person's responsibility to notify faculty if unable to meet academic obligations for any reason.
2. At the time of evaluation at the Health Center, the student may request written confirmation of the visit. The student may take the confirmation note to the faculty member who will decide if the student is excused from academic/athletic responsibility.

Parking and Transportation

There is no reserved parking for Health Center patients. If unable to walk to the Health Center, the student may dial extension 6482 to request transportation from Campus Security.

Parking in spaces designated for those with disabilities is against the law. The Health Center requests that this space not be used by anyone who does not hold a special license plate or parking card for the disabled.
