Ordering Timeline

In order for us to properly prepare your function, please contact us at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. Smaller events should be completely arranged 1 week prior to the day of the event.

Short Notice

We'll be happy to assist you; however, menu selections may be limited.

Meal Credits

Credits are available for those guests that are on a qualifying Meal Plan subject to the following conditions:

  1. The function is a meal event booked through the catering office.
  2. You notify us at the time of booking that you will have students attending the event that will be eligible for credit.
  3. The names of students on the meal plans are submitted to the catering office 2 business days prior to the event.
  4. Valid ID#'s for the students attending the function are given to the catering office at least 2 business days before the event.

Even Exchange Meal Options

These options are available for exchange for students on the meal plans. Limit one exhhange per student. Students using this option may not eat in the dining hall on the night of the event. We have expanded the choices for even exchange to meet customer needs. "Even Exchange" meal options are available for dinner services between the hours of 4:30 pm and 8:00 pm.

12" Pizzas (selection of flavors available)

Assorted canned sodas or bottled water

No Charge for this option with Valid ID numbers provided at least 2 business days before the event.

Snacks and Such

The following snacks are priced by the pound. One pound usually feeds 14-16 people.

All Nachos amounts include dip sufficient to feed 14-16 people.

Ala Carte Beverages

One gallon serves approximately 16 people

Options for Busy People

Meal and Snack options are now available to Student Groups through the Catering Office. The meal options require valid I.D.'s. All options are pick up only and have no catering service provided. Snack options can be ordered and picked up for a nominal charge. Paper products are provided as well as plastic silverware. Serving utensils are not included. Valid I.D.'s must be submitted to the Catering Office at least two business days before your event so that you receive your meal credit. Call the Catering Office at least one week in advance to arrange for any of these items. Students utilizing this service will be denied access to the dining halls on the night of the event.

Student groups using this service will also need to provide an account number for additional charges or students not on the meal plan.
