Office of Facilities Services

Building Maintenance

The Facilities Maintenance Department is responsible for maintaining and making minor improvements to all campus buildings in the areas of carpentry, locksmithing, painting and plumbing. Included is repair work, minor renovation, master-keying, card-access control, roofing, structural maintenance, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, domestic and sanitary water systems and a variety of related tasks. Doors, locks, windows, door closures, clogged drains, leaky faucets and drinking fountains are items typically repaired.
