Construction and Energy Management

The Construction & Energy Management division is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising capital improvements initiated by non-Physical Plant departments and most major building renovations. This division will meet with the requesting department to develop project goals and then coordinate estimating, design and construction. Funding for projects is typically provided by the requesting department. This division is also responsible for tracking utility costs and initiating energy conservation programs and projects for the campus.

Communicating Project Needs

Requests for estimates or project development can be submitted at anytime to the Physical Plant office. All requests for projects must be accompanied by appropriate approvals and will generally require an account number for billing.
