Jim Kenny

Jim joined the Major and Planned Giving staff as a development officer in February 2008. Previously, Jim was an assistant director in the Denison Annual Fund office with responsibility for leadership giving and reunion gift programs.
Before joining Denison's Annual Fund staff in 2005, he held positions in student activities and residence life at the College of Wooster, University of Maryland, Colorado State University, and Amherst College (Mass.).
Originally from Portland, Conn., Kenny graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in history from Castleton State College (Vt.) in 2000, and earned a Master of Science in student affairs in higher education from Colorado State in 2003.
He served on the Board of Directors of Castleton's Alumni Association from 2000 to 2005, helping to reach out and engage young alumni.
Jim lives in nearby Newark and enjoys cooking, traveling and playing golf.
