Regular full-time and part-time faculty and staff ages 18 to 70.
Employee Cost
None. Denison pays the full cost of this program.
Benefit
The death benefit is equal to $200,000 for a covered employee while on the business of the Policyholder (Denison University). Partial benefits are available for specific body dismemberments. Please refer to your summary plan description for more details.
Notes
Each employee names a beneficiary upon employment with Denison. Be sure to keep your beneficiary designation card updated. You may change your beneficiary at any time.
