Finding a Doctor or Dentist In-network
So, you're wondering if a doctor or dentist is in the CIGNA PPO or CIGNA FlexCare HMO (EPP) network? You can search for a doctor or dentist by visiting Cigna's web site.
Simply go to CIGNA's provider search page and search for a doctor or dentist be either name or location. Remember, you need to select either CIGNA PPO or CIGNA FlexCare HMO (EPP). For dental, you will want to search the CIGNA Dental Care (CDC) plan. Please follow the directions carefully.
Lastly, remember that you should always check that the doctor or dentist is still in the plan by calling the doctor's office. Doctors and dentists are added and deleted to the network and it is your responsibility to make sure you are seeing an in-network provider.
