Off-Campus Training Sessions

The Development Institute offers two tiers of training geared toward employee development as well as supervisory and management training. The Development Institute combines the best faculty with up-to-date applicability to the workplace. Faculty members are seasoned professionals with experience as both managers/supervisors and consultants. They demonstrate an ongoing commitment to promoting excellence in organizations and are locally based in Central Ohio.

All training classes are held in Columbus, Ohio and last the entire day. Lunch is included. After the Office of Human Resources receives registrations from interested staff, you will receive a confirmation of your class registration. You will also receive a reminder prior to the training date.
