Wellness Program
Welcome to Stephanie Agosta, Wellness Coordinator The purpose of the Wellness Program is to provide faculty and staff with access to facilities and opportunities to receive information and assistance needed to work toward a more healthful lifestyle. The scope of the program includes health risk appraisal/screening; physical fitness workshops and instruction; educational workshops such as smoking cessation and weight watchers; and spiritual and emotional wellness.

Denison University has excellent facilities with the Mitchell Center and recreational fields and courts for physical fitness activities. The Office of Human Resources coordinates all program activities.
