E. Student Travel Policy

Limited funds are available to support student travel to conferences to make public presentations, such as papers and poster sessions. These students may receive up to $500 to cover the costs of travel, hotel, and meal charges (maximum $50 per day for meal charges). Group presentations or performances may not be supported at the same level. Students will need to complete the Student Conference Form on the Provost's web page prior to attending the conference. Upon returning, a travel expense report with travel receipts attached will need to be completed and sent to Cathy Van Sickle for expense reimbursements. Students should contact Associate Provost, Keith Boone if attending more than one conference per academic year.
