Denison students are nominees for AICUO Art Competition

Denison University students Kelly Maryanksi (Mt. Prospect, Ill.) and Jacs Fishburne (Hurley, N.Y.) have been selected as nominees for the Association of Independent Colleges and Universities of Ohio (AICUO) Award for Excellence in the Visual Arts.

Senior studio art majors Maryanksi and Fishburne are finalists for the AICUO Grand Award and its $2,500 cash prize, as well as the People’s Choice Award.

To view their artwork and cast a vote online for the People's Choice Award, go to www.aicuoartaward.com until March 31. The winner of the People’s Choice Award will be announced on April 26 during an AICUO reception in the Bryant Arts Center Gallery (210 West College Street) on the Denison campus.
