Barn Dance at Denison

GRANVILLE, Ohio—Put together the folk music band Gallimaufry, a lively dance caller and some open space, and you’ve got the makings for a bodacious barn dance. This Saturday, Dec. 8, in the Welsh Hills Room of Denison University’s Burton D. Morgan Center (150 Ridge Road), the community is invited to partake in a barn dance from 7:30 to 11 p.m. The dance will begin with a short period of lessons and practice and is free and open to the public. The event is sponsored by The Open House, the Center for Women and Gender Action, JamBand, and the Office for Alcohol, Drug and Health Education.
