GRANVILLE, Ohio—Novelist Michael Griffith will read from his recent work at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 8, in the Board Room of Denison University’s Barney Davis (200 West Loop). Griffith’s new novel, “Trophy,” was named one of Kirkus Reviews’ Best 25 Books of Fiction for 2011. His previous books include “Biblophilia” and “Spikes,” and his fiction and nonfiction have appeared in Virginia Quarterly Review, Oxford American, New England Review, The Washington Post and other periodicals. He is the recipient of fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts and the Louisiana Division of the Arts.
