Pulitzer Prize-winning Steven Millhauser to read from his work

GRANVILLE, Ohio—Acclaimed fiction writer Steven Millhauser will read from his work at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 3, in the Board Room of Denison University’s Barney-Davis Building (200 West Loop). Millhauser is the author of the 1997 Pulitzer Prize-winning “Martin Dressler: the Life and Times of an American Dreamer,” among other works of fiction. Millhauser is professor of English at Skidmore College. He was just awarded the Story Prize for short fiction for “We Others,” a collection of 21 pieces written over the course of three decades. The $20,000 award he received remains the largest first-prize amount of any annual U.S. book award for fiction.
