Denison University’s Beck Lecture Series will host a reading by author Josh Weil at 4 p.m., on Monday, Jan. 31, in the Barney Davis Board Room (200 West Loop). The reading is free and open to the public. For more information, contact Anneliese Davis at 740-587-6207 or visit www.denison.edu.
Weil is the winner of the 2010 Great Lakes College Association (GLCA) New Writers Award for “The New Valley.” A New York Times Editors Choice selection, “The New Valley” also won the Sue Kaufman Prize for First Fiction from The American Academy of Arts and Letters and a “5 Under 35” Award from the National Book Foundation.
