Lectures examine eating disorders

GRANVILLE, Ohio—Denison University’s Eating Disorder Intervention Team will commemorate National Eating Disorders Awareness (NEDA) week with three events sponsored by the Center for Women and Gender Action; Alcohol, Drug and Health Education at Denison; the Panhellenic Council; the Center for Health and Counseling Services; and the Office of Residential Education. ·      Monday, Feb. 25, at 7 p.m., lecture “Eating Healthy” by Sonja Stotz, director of Nutritional Services at the Center for Balanced Living in Worthington, Ohio, in Higley Hall Auditorium (100 Ridge Road).
·      Thursday, Feb. 28, at 7 p.m., lecture “It's Not about Food: Identity and Eating Disorders” by Maggie Bertram, sponsored by Active Minds and Counseling Services in the lecture hall of the Burton D. Morgan Center (150 Ridge Road).
·      Saturday, March 2, at 11 a.m., 5th Annual NEDA week 5K walk/run at Lamson Lodge (200 Washington Drive).
