Ceramics exhibition at Denison

The opening reception for an exhibition of new ceramic works will take place from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 7, at the fourth-floor gallery of the Bryant Arts Center (210 West College St.) on the Denison campus. The exhibition and reception are free and open to the public.
“Something Different” is the title of the show, which features works by 10 residents of Kendal at Granville, a continuing care retirement community. Most of the works are created by first-time ceramicists. Local artist and educator Hedda von Goeben served as instructor for the ceramics class, which includes Ann Baker, Marcia Browne, Peg Bammann, Carol Cristy, Vic Feldmiller, Jane Gordon, Rosemary Joyce, Dottie Klauder, Polly Ann Redifer and Bernice Seifert.
