Denison Chamber Singers present program for tour of China

This summer, Shanghai, China, will be home to the World Expo, and it will also host the Denison University Chamber Singers as part of the American Celebration of Music in the People’s Republic of China program. The Chamber Singers will perform their China concert program here at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 18, in Swasey Chapel (200 Chapel Drive). The concert is free and open to the public.

The 10-day June tour through China will include several performances, with concerts at the Great Wall of China and the World Expo Music Festival, among others. Students will visit Wuxi, Suzhou and Beijing, as well as Shanghai on their tour, exploring different areas of Chinese culture through their travels.
