Chamber Music Ensembles present concert at Denison

Denison University’s Department of Music will present a chamber ensemble concert at 7 p.m., on Thursday, April 22, in Burke Recital Hall (240 West Broadway). The concert, which features seven ensembles, is free and open to the public.
The ensembles will perform a wide range of music, including traditional music from Ireland, Moravian dance music, Mozart’s Divertimento No.1 and Rossini’s William Tell Overture.
The ensembles and their directors are the Denison University Flute Ensemble, directed by Leslie Maaser; the Denison University Bassoon Trio and the Denison University Woodwind Quartet, directed by Cynthia Cioffari; the Denison University Clarinet Quartet, directed by Robert Jones; the Denison University Oboe Ensemble, directed by Steve Rosenberg; the Denison University Woodwind Quintet, directed by David Nesmith and the Denison University Brass Ensemble directed by Jed Hudson. The coach for the viola duo is Deborah Price.
