Two Denison Choirs Present 'Music of Life and Death' Concert

The Denison University Concert Choir and Women's Choir will have a combined spring concert, titled "Music of Life and Death," at 7.30 p.m. on Friday (April 20) in Swasey Chapel. The performance is free and open to the public.
"Music of Life and Death" features movements from requiems by Mozart and Brahms along with music from Carmina Burana and other selected choral pieces. Associate Professor Bonnie Borshay Sneed will conduct the concert and accompanists are Judy Rauch and Kristen Grimshaw. The Concert Choir will be joined by hornist David Nesmith and oboist Steve Rosenburg. The Women's Choir will sing music composed by Copland, Rossini, Lotti and others.
