Denison faculty recital features flute and chamber music

Denison music instructor Leslie Maaser will offer a recital featuring the flute at 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 7, at Burke Recital Hall (240 West Broadway). The event, which is free and open to the public, will be an afternoon of chamber music featuring Maaser on flute, along with Denison faculty and friends, including Sarah Ramsey, piano; Stephanie Henkle, soprano; Cynthia Cioffari, bassoon; Ni Yan, harp; Melody Jones, flute; Steve Rosenberg, oboe; and Robert Jones, clarinet. The program will feature works by Jolivet, Dring, Ravel, Bach, Ibert, Schocker and Coleman.
