Symposium on feminism and evolutionary theory

GRANVILLE, Ohio—A symposium titled “Symposium on Feminism and Evolutionary Theory” will take place at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 28, in the lecture hall of Denison University’s Burton D. Morgan Center (150 Ridge Road). This event, which is sponsored by the Laura C. Harris Symposium, is free and open to the public. The symposium will feature Joan Roughgarden, adjunct professor at the Hawaii Institute of Marine Biology, University of Hawaii, and a professor of biology, emerita, at the School of Humanities and Sciences, Stanford, and Sarah Richardson, assistant professor of the history of science, and of studies of women, gender, and sexuality at Harvard University.
