Projection Performance and Live Cinema

GRANVILLE, Ohio—Sandra Gibson and Luis Recoder will present an evening of performance and live cinema. The event will take place at 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 5, in the performance space of Denison University’s Knapp Hall (300 Ridge Road), followed by a question and answer session. Internationally acclaimed experimental film artists Gibson and Recoder will use multiple film projectors and a variety of simple but unexpected materials in their performance.  Gibson and Recoder will create, in real time, an array of hypnotic, abstract images, immersing the viewer in light and sound.
