Food and Culture series begins at Denison

GRANVILLE, Ohio—Denison University’s Office of Multi-Cultural Student Affairs will launch a new food and culture colloquium series at 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 5, in the auditorium of Slayter Hall (200 Ridge Road). The series will consist of 24 sessions that will take place on Wednesdays during the 2012-2013 academic year, and also will include “kitchen practicums” that will typically take place twice a month on Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at either Lamson Lodge (200 Washington Drive) or The Open House (204 North Mulberry Street), according to the schedule.
