People learn from food by relating to both the food and the culture it comes from. A component of the 2012-2013 Food and Culture Colloquium, the second annual International Food and Culture Festival will challenge all diners to quite literally taste and think critically about this year’s campus theme, “Creativity & Courage.”

This year’s menu will feature foods from at least 25 different countries across six continents, considering authenticity, food fusion and local interpretations of global cuisine. The event is co-sponsored by the Office of Multi-Cultural Student Affairs, the Cross-Cultural Community, International Student Services, Denison Dining Services and Sodexo.
