Food seminars at Denison

Denison’s campuswide “Consumption” theme is the subject of two forthcoming student-led seminars. “Who has Access to Healthy Food?” at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21, and “What’s for Dinner? A Closer Look at What You Just Ate,” at 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 22. Both seminars are in Higley Auditorium (100 Ridge Road) and are free and open to the public.

The students leading both events are part of the Science and Society Seminar on Consumption and Food Choice. The seminar is taught by an interdepartmental team that includes professors from the astronomy, biochemistry, biology, chemistry, computer science, math, neuroscience, physics and psychology departments.
