Denison to host community discussion on fracking

GRANVILLE, Ohio—Denison University will host a community forum that will explore the implications of the fracking process and observe the civic engagement that has resulted in other Ohio communities in light of this technique’s recent growth in popularity. In addition, the Buckeye Forest Council will attend the meeting to highlight the most significant issues facing communities and address state regulations with regard to the fracking procedure. The discussion, which is free and open to the public, will take place at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 20, in the auditorium of Slayter Hall (200 Ridge Road).
