The Ohio Academy of History will hold a conference at Denison University Friday and Saturday, April 8 and 9, in the Burton D. Morgan Center (150 Ridge Road) at Denison University. Alonzo L. Hamby, professor at Ohio University, will give the keynote address on the subject, “The United States: Exceptional Nation? A Historical Inquiry.” Hamby is the Ohio Academy of History’s Distinguished Historian of 2011. The lecture will be in room 115 of the Burton D. Morgan Center.
