GRANVILLE, Ohio—Denison University’s Department of Psychology will present two lectures by M.T. Turvey, Board of Trustees’ Distinguished Professor Emeritus at the University of Connecticut. The first lecture, “Theory of Perception-Action for All Organisms: What Kind of Science Does it Entail?” will take place at 7:30 p.m., on Thursday, Feb. 2, in the auditorium of Slayter Hall (150 Ridge Road). The second lecture, “Haptic Perception: An Ecological Analysis of Knowing by Touching,” will take place at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 3, in the auditorium of Higley Hall (100 Ridge Road).
