Philosophy lecture at Denison examines culture war

The Philosophy Department at Denison University presents a lecture with Andrew Light at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, April 8, in Samson Talbot Hall (350 Ridge Road). Light will discuss “How to Risk a Culture War: Deep Disagreements from Biotechnology to Synthetic Biology.” The event is free and open to the public.
Light is from George Mason University and the Center for American Progress. His lecture is a part of the Technology and Community speaker series, the campus theme for the 2010-2011 academic year. Refreshments will be provided.
